Kathryn Scott

Kathryn Scott

Head of ICS Digital Therapies

Kathryn is responsible for the overall management and business development of ICS Digital Therapies. Having worked for the Independent Clinical Services Group since 2006, a specialist interest in technology solutions has resulted in her piloting a number of successful initiatives across their core staffing business. Since 2007, she has worked in the psychological therapies staffing market, an area in which she has developed a true passion. She has been instrumental in developing digital services for ICS in this area.

Alongside her ICS Digital Therapies role, Kathryn is Managing Director for Pulse Allied Health Professionals, a department comprising of more than 60 people. She remains passionate about the outreach of mental health in the NHS and has spearheaded the creation, development, piloting and implementation of ICS Digital Therapies.



Robert Taylor

Executive Recruitment Consultant

Robert is responsible for new business development within ICS Digital Therapies as well as ongoing account management and the recruitment of therapists. He joined the Independent Clinical Services Group in 2014 with over seven years' experience within IT services and workflow solutions. He has been working in psychological therapies for four years helping with support services, workforce planning and recruitment on a range of projects from mergers and acquisitions to waitlist initiatives. During this time, he has developed a specialist knowledge in IAPT.




Farhia Hassan

Assistant Psychologist

Farhia is our main liaison point for clients referred into the service and is responsible for the administration of iaptus and SilverCloud at ICS Digital Therapies. She holds a Psychology and Counselling BSc from The University of Roehampton and a Postgraduate Diploma in Mental Health Practice from Middlesex University. During these studies, Farhia worked in several secondary mental health services gaining expertise in severe mental health conditions and a comprehensive knowledge of iaptus and SilverCloud.




Wayne Brazier

Wayne Brazier

Operations Manager

Wayne is responsible for the effective running of ICS Digital Therapies, supporting management reporting, business process and organisational planning. He holds a Psychology & Sociology BA (Hons) from Leeds University and an Occupational Psychology M.Sc. from the Social & Applied Psychology Unit at Sheffield University. He has more than 20 years’ experience working in research and project management roles, successfully implementing various clinical systems within the public and private sectors, including: IT and digital solutions to facilitate the improvement and wellbeing of children and young people across Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust; a web-based clinical information system across two boroughs in North London; a clinical information system into Bristol and south Gloucestershire psychological wellbeing service and IAPTus into various NHS foundation trusts.




John Jones

John Jones

CBT Supervisor

Through his background in education, John has worked in several London IAPT services since 2010. Initially as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP), then as a CBT Therapist. John is responsible for offering regular CBT based clinical supervision to PWPs and High Intensity Therapists working within ICS Digital Therapies. He is particularly interested in how different services deliver the stepped care model to ensure ICS Digital Therapies works in alignment with existing service structures. Together with our clinical lead, John oversees the provision of assessment and treatment within the service, in collaboration with our local IAPT service partners.
